I had a fantastic time last weekend, especially with the hotel's prime spot just a few steps from the vibrant Waterside District and close to the beautiful Armed Forces Memorial, perfect for a relaxing stroll through the city.

Great staff, but pricey snacks

Honestly, we had a fantastic stay. Our room was super accessible and met all our needs. The staff was really attentive, especially MiMi and Ashley in the restaurant—they were awesome! The only thing was the snacks in the lobby were way too overpriced. I could’ve got a whole meal for what I spent on just three snacks.

i had a lovely stay at the sheraton! the location is excellent with great views of the harbor. my room with a balcony was definitely worth the upgrade. the front desk staff were amazing and really patient despite being busy. also, they had a fully equipped fitness center that helped me recharge after a long day.

The front desk staff, particularly Georgette, excelled in customer service, promptly addressing our initial room issue and going above and beyond with a complimentary dinner offer. However, parking options were somewhat limited with a fee, and access to the hotel could be more straightforward given the layout of nearby streets. The bar's high prices were another downside during an otherwise pleasant visit.

average stay but excellent staff

The staff truly made the experience special especially the valet guy who was always helpful and the omelet lady who prepared the best breakfast dishes. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions which was a big plus for us during our visit.

I had an awesome time enjoying the free hors d'oeuvres and the great coffee at the club level. the views from my room were a pleasant surprise too! The outdoor pool and comfy lounge chairs made for perfect relaxation spots to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was the limited number of elevators, but we managed just fine. 😊
